Food & Drink
We have over 400 whiskies from the United States, Japan, Ireland, Israel, Spain, Finland, Taiwan, France, Wales, England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Canada, Mexico, India, and more.
If you aren’t into whisky, we also carry a full-range of spirits. However, if it aint whiskey, then it’s Colorado. All our gin, rum, vodka, brandy, absinthe, and tequila are made by Colorado-owned companies.
We serve beer exclusively made in Colorado (most of our taps feature beer brewed within 20 miles of the pub), spirits crafted in Colorado, and whiskey from all over the world.
Our menu is what you might call bacon-centric. We hand-cut thick slices of applewood smoked bacon and use it liberally on nearly everything. Wish you had more bacon? No problem, you can add bacon to everything on the menu. Including cocktails!
If you aren’t a meat-eater don’t worry, we’ve still got you covered. We have several vegetarian and vegan options. Including our vegetarian red-bean chili made from scratch using an old family recipe.
The best bacon you will ever have...
Our bacon is in a class all its own. We spent months finding the right source to supply our bacon. Tasting dozens and dozens of different bacons was a grueling job, but someone had to do it.
We believe we found the best bacon in the world. To make it even better, we hand slice every slab. With only about 35 slices in 5lbs we offer some of the thickest slices you will ever find.
In fact, our bacon is so good, we offer it served as a “Pint of Bacon”. Five thick cut strips, served in a pint glass, with a side of maple syrup to dip it in.

A Place To Work
If you are getting tired of the home officer, we offer free wi-fi and allow guests to “hang out” as long as they desire.
We allow dogs to be on our patio so long as they are on a leash and well-behaved (please note, dogs cannot walk through the inside space to get to the patio).
We do not accept reservations or allow guests to call ahead at William Oliver’s. A pub is all about being laid-back and relaxed. Booking a reservation is not an ideal way to escape from the world.
We do not accept phone calls at any of our locations. Phones are distracting and we want to be able to focus on our current guests.
No Happy Hour
With 400 whiskies on the shelf, every hour is happy. We do not have set times with deals. Instead, we offer great prices and deals all day, every day. We want to be inviting to everyone and don’t presume to know the “happiest” hour for our guests.
Events at the Pub
We love hosting whisky tastings at the pub. We invite brand ambassadors to give whisky experiences to our guests regularly. The pub is a perfect place to build your knowledge about whisky.
